The jewelry that Jeff creates is original, He uses the traditional sand-cast method, which requires that the be mold destroyed. His designs are carved into soft Tufa stone. Silver is melted and poured into the mold. The mold is usually destroyed because the heating and cooling of silver causes it to stick to the soft sand stone. The mold is destroyed when the piece is extracted from its mold.
